How do I change or cancel an order?
We are only able to change or cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has already been shipped. To inform us within this time frame of any changes or cancellations please use the contact form. Once this takes effect, it is out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
What is your Return Policy?
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day No-Hassle Return policy. If you’re unhappy about your purchase, get in touch with us to return your purchase and get your money back. Even if we hope for everything to be fine, sometimes mistakes can happen. If there is something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please also contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case. Our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. We reserve the right to deny any return request in special cases.
You will be responsible for carrying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please refer to the table below for additional information.
Refunds
After having reviewed your case and sent back the items we will refund your money immediately. For better time reference compare the below table to understand how long the refund process may take from our experience. These times are not only depending on our shop but also on the different payment providers.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours as explained previously. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us. Nevertheless, you will be able to return your purchase and get your money back.
Shipping Costs
If the reason for a return is a damaged or incorrect order from the supplier's site, you do not have to worry about the shipping cost. For any other reason you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your value. Refer to following table for a better reference. However these are general guidelines but may vary depending on the weight of the returning items.

If you are shipping an item over 75 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include also items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for items that are on sale. Refund is only applicable to regular priced items only.
