How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
Please add processing time to your shipping estimate. Courier services used will vary based on the shipping address provided. Uneventful circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, weather etc may occur and may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order.

As regular sized items all items are considered, which can fit in regular shipping boxes up to size Large. Those usually include all electronic devices, decorative elements, storage supplies, lamps etc.
As plus sized items all items are considered, which do not meet the before-mentioned conditions in size and/-or in weight. Especially furniture items like sofas, chairs, tables, storage racks etc. fall under this category.
The delivery times may vary depending on each simple product. If not stated differently on the individual product pages, according to our experience the table above sums up the median delivery times quite accurate. These estimated delivery times include delays caused by the current global delivery bottlenecks, especially in the furniture industry.
However, if you would like to receive your items quicker than the usual shipping times, please let us know through the note section during the checkout process. Usually we can figure out express shipping with an increase in shipping costs. These additional costs have to be payed by the customer, if requested.

We have already considered the high costs of delivery for plus sized items within their price to still make it as transparent as possible for you and to avoid unexpected costs at checkout. Additional costs for express shipping have to be payed by the customer, if requested. The amount depends on the actual size and weight of the object.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
